Jacobs Well Bradford Council head office block
Client: Contractors selected from Client suply chain following competitive tender excercise
Services: Provision of full CDM/Construction Management Service
Cost: Unknown
7 Storey 1970’s built office block occupied by Bradford Metropolitan District Council held role of Senior CDM C project involved: replacement of outdated Electrical/ Mechanical installations replacement of outdated fire alarms/ emergency lighting, replacement of 1960’s passenger lift, provision of disabled access facilities. Total roof refurbishment. All work carried out with Council Employees occupying premises working normally. No incidents or “near misses” reported.
