Morrison’s Nationwide
Client: Selected from Client supply chain
Services: Provision of full CDM/Construction Management Service, held role of H&S Advisor/ competent person to the project
Cost: Total project £ 250 million
Client: Morrison’s PLC
Held role of Senior CDM C appointed to the takeover of Safeway Supermarkets project involved: closure of 306 existing Safeway premises, full strip out (including asbestos abatement) refurbishment of premises with installations/ plant/ equipment to meet Morrison’s branding including electrical/ heating/ cooling installations fire/emergency alarm installations. New Suspended ceilings and lighting Complete new installation of food refrigeration and food freezing equipment . Upgrade to external areas/car parks including provision of new markings and disabled parking arrangements
Complete renewal of all hard flooring areas
Commissioning/testing work prior to handover taking place out of hours (nights/ weekends)
