Lindsey Place tower block Hull

Services: Provision of full CDM/Construction Management Service, held role of H&S Advisor/ competent person to the project

13 storey Lyndsey Place Hull Council owned 1960’s built tower block
Client: Hull City Council
Contractor: Henry Boot Dronfield
Held role of Senior CDM C advised/ managed design/ construction teams refurbishing tower block including replacement of reinforced concrete rubbish chute, replacement of doors and windows , provision of modern insulating materials to all flats provision of new gas fired central heating system to each flat, complete electrical re-wire to each flat, complete bathroom and kitchen replacement to each flat all work carried out with tenants in place no incidents or “near misses” reported.
