Client: Client Bradford Council Contractor Bovis-lend lease (Council partnering agreement)
Services: Provision of full CDM/Construction Management Service
Cost: total project £350 million
Bradford LEA (local education authority schools reorganisation project contract value £350, 000000 three hundred fifty million pounds project involved
Setting up temporary portakabin classroom village on new build projects, dismantling and removal from site on completion
Liaising with design/ construction teams
Inspection/ testing/ certification of all structures and installations prior to handover to school authority

4) One Cleaning Supply at a Time – Instead
of cleaning one room top to bottom then moving onto the next on cleaning day,
pull out one cleaning supply and use it everywhere you need to in your home.
This lets them know how they have done and
it helps them to improve their cleaning. While you schedule your work, make sure that you make allowance for cleaning different parts of
the house on different days.
